Impact James will forgo his senior year of collegiate eligibility. The running back began his Oregon career with the 2022 Ducks, who gave him 46 carries he used to log 189 yards and five touchdowns. James improved each year thereafter. James' sophomore season saw him finish less than 10 under 1,000 all-purpose yards and establish himself as a capable receiver by averaging 8.8 of them per reception. However, it was during 2024 when he really shined. In 14 games, The junior recorded 233 carries for 1,267 yards and 15 touchdowns.
